
• We understand that on occasion, being late is unavoidable and we will do our very best
to accommadate every customer, however, depending on the circumstances, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service.
• All spa/salon packages require 50% deposit on a valid credit card at the time of booking.
•24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated for all salon/spa services. However, spa packages require 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If cancellations or rescheduled appointments are not received within the policy limits the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept Spafinder gift cards and certificates

•All sales are final. There will be no refunds on services, including gift cards. Services in packages or promotional offers are not available for other salon/spa services.
• Please note that gratuities are not included
in the service prices. For those wishing to
show appreciation for a job well done, 15 to 20% is the industry standard. Gratuities may be left for your techician with the front desk receptionist.
• We accept Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover,and American Express
• No cash back on gift certificates, will recieve new gift certificate for balance.
